At West & Crown, we strive to provide exceptional service and deliver value with every engagement. We take pride in our work and want you to feel confident when choosing to work with us.

 

Because our services involve custom deliverables and time-based consultations, we have established the following refund policy:

 

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • You cancel a service within 24 hours of purchase and before any work has begun

  • We are unable to deliver a service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end

  • A mutually agreed-upon scope of work is not fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe

 

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has started or been delivered:

  • Resume writing, branding, and personal consulting packages

  • Digital deliverables such as press materials, pitch decks, or design assets

  • Strategy sessions, calls, or coaching appointments already completed

  • Custom content such as ghostwriting, communications audits, or executive messaging

 

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis if:

  • A service was only partially delivered

  • You are unsatisfied with the result and attempts at revision have not resolved the issue

  • A timeline has been significantly delayed due to internal issues on our part

 

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email us at hello@westandcrown.com within 7 days of the service date. Include your full name, service purchased, reason for the request, and any relevant documentation.

We will respond within 3–5 business days to assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

 

5. Disputes

In the rare event of a billing dispute, we encourage open communication and will work with you in good faith to find a fair resolution before any third-party involvement.

 

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
